Return Policy

This mode concerns only goods purchased online and not those sold directly at our boutique.

We state that every single item before being shipped passes a very accurate quality check in order to eliminate any returns caused by evidence of defects and that the veins of the skin do not represent a defect, but on the contrary they are a guarantee of a natural product and not artificially treated.

However, it is possible to return one or more products purchased within and not later than 14 days of receipt, in original and intact conditions (label and wrapping not removed), to obtain a replacement or a refund of the price paid.

There shall be no substitution or refund of products in the following cases:

  • Customized products with names/numbers/colors/initials, except for defective products.
  • Products damaged by the customer for malpractice, wear and tear or negligence.
  • Products at discounted price or in special promotion. For these products there are no refunds but it is possible to replace or request a purchase voucher of the same value of the amount paid, to be used later.

How can I return or change a product?

  • Package the product safely in an appropriate and robust package to ensure safe transport.
  • Fill in the return form indicating the preference for the replacement of the goods or for the refund.
  • Fill in the completed form in all its parts in the package.
  • Return the goods by courier or express mail in free port to the following address:

Important: for greater safety, it is advisable to return the goods by registered mail or traceable parcel. MEJANA SNC shall not be held responsible for any failure to arrive of the returned parcel.

The cost of returning the returned goods and the transport risk shall be borne by the customer. The product can be replaced or refunded for up to 14 working days. In case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer, in case of payment by credit card or PayPal, the refund is made through the re-credit of the amount.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If the customer receives the wrong product, the product will be replaced. In this case, please contact the customer service by calling the Customer Service Department No. (+39) 02.86.93.987 or by sending an email to:  [email protected] .
